Return Process

  Ensure your items are in new, sellable condition with all original tags and shoe boxes included.

  Visit our online portal or bring your receipt to any TC Running Co retail location to start the return process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
